Equipment: 1 light dumbbell, 1 medium/heavy dumbbell, jumpstretch band or loop band (about 41 inches), sturdy stool or chair.
Kettlebell Classes geared toward beginner and intermediate lifters. Check the descriptions to find the best class for you! Some classes will move at a slower pace with more detailed instruction for beginners, some will have more complex lifts, and less rest. Those are typically geared toward intermediate level students.
Equipment: Two or more kettlebells. If you're just getting started, you will want something on the heavier side for deadlifts, and something lighter you can safely press overhead.
