KETTLEBELL STRENGTH

You’ll get 3 workouts a week as a written program with short demonstration videos of each exercise. Each workout includes mobility and warm up exercises, a kettlebell strength routine, and cool down exercises. Workouts are designed to be completed in 45 minutes or less.

When you enroll for Kettlebell Strength you'll automatically get access to Kettlebell Connections: an 8 part series designed to help you bridge the gap from traditional hard style kettlebell training to multi-directional movement.
Kettlebell Connections will teach you how to:
Properly load the hips in rotational movement patterns.
Increase back muscle strength to support rotational movements.
Develop strength in split stance, single leg, and various lunge positions.
Stabilize when changing direction.

Equipment:
2 or more kettlebells - ranging from light, medium, to heavy
One light and one medium weight jump stretch resistance band:
This link takes you to a rubber resistance band, you’ll want the #0 or #1 or equivalent resistance from a different brand
OR
This link takes you to a fabric resistance band (my personal preference, just a little more pricy) you’ll want the Gray Light or the Green Medium.
How the program works:
Every week you’ll get access to 3 new workout templates accessible through the Stronger Human On Demand Platform. The workouts will be written out with quick reference videos for each exercise. You set the pace. You will also have access to all of the previous workouts.
If you enroll with monthly private sessions, you can easily book your session directly on my calendar and you’ll get a reminder email with a unique ZOOM link 1 hour before your session. It’s easy to reschedule if needed. Private sessions must be used within 60 days of the original purchase. For example, you sign up on September 3rd, the September private must be used no later than November 3rd (the October private must be used before December, and so on).
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription at any time. All you have to do is login, navigate to your settings, and you can cancel. You will retain access to all live and on-demand content for the remainder of your billing cycle and you will not be charged again when the current billing cycle ends. All things come to an end eventually and there are no hard feelings!
There are no refunds for subscriptions. I understand that unforeseeable life events happen from time to time, so please email me to discuss unique exceptions such as prolonged illness or injury that will no longer allow you to participate in the program.
