Feel Good Movement Class

A 45 minute movement class focusing on simple joint mobility, gentle exercises, breathing, and stretches.

  This is be a beginner friendly class - all are welcome.  We will be doing various movements lying down, kneeling, seated, and standing.  

You need a yoga strap or resistance band and some floor space to move.  (You may want a chair, yoga mat, or any other padding/pillows to make the floor more comfortable.)
