We will work through specific mobilizations of the ankle, knees, and hips to improve range of motion and decrease tension. You’ll learn how to use a simple resistance band to improve neuromuscular feedback and increase strength around the joints of the lower body. This class is very beginner friendly!
Recommended Props: A resistance band - like a theraband, jump stretch band, OR mini band. You will also need a chair and space to lie down.
